It is a private company headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia and has a small but strong and highly experienced management team and board of directors, whose collective backgrounds span senior management roles in finance, banking, IT, electrical retail, real estate and consulting.

The company’s focus is to market and provide technology products directly to companies, businesses and individuals to purchase a technology licence to use the products.
